Over the past 5 years I’ve been working to lead and build Bloom and Wild's creative identity, creative team and in-house design studio. I've seen the business
through multiple phases of growth, including into 5 territories and adapting our look and feel through growth at scale.
Key responsibilities included brand identity & creative direction, ATL and BTL campaign creation & oversight, retail / experiential design and oversight, digital design (email, CRM, paid social), packaging, team management, leadership and scaling teams and creative operations. This work was co-created with The Or and Mother Design.
